Summary Earthquake Pocket Tracker respects your privacy. The app does not require an account and does not sell or share your personal data.
Data We Process • Location (Optional). If you grant permission, your approximate location is used on the device to compute distances and center the map. Location is not stored or transmitted to me. • App Diagnostics (Optional/Apple-controlled). If you opt in to share analytics and crash reports with developers via Apple settings, Apple may provide anonymized diagnostics to help improve stability. I do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising frameworks.
Data You Provide Voluntarily • Support Emails. If you contact support, your email address and message are used solely to reply and resolve your request.
Data Sharing • I do not sell personal data. I do not share personal data with third parties.
Data Retention • Support emails are retained only as long as needed to address your request or as required by law, then deleted.
Children’s Privacy • The app is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security • Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect any limited information handled (e.g., support emails).
Your Choices • You can disable Location at any time in iOS Settings. • You can stop diagnostic sharing in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
Changes • I may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
